Three Ways to Join

First Year Leadership (FYL)
FYL is a program open to freshman and sophomore business students. Through FYL you will learn how to drive change on campus through internal and external programming. You do this alongside the rest of your diverse cohort, many of whom are figuring out college at the same time as you.
Elected Rep (ER)
Elected Representatives represent each individual grade level within McCombs–there are three ERs per grade level. As an ER, you are expected to not only direct beneficial change for McCombs through programming, but also act in support of the specific interests of the McCombs’ student body. Become an ER by running for election by your peers.
Impact Leaders (IL)
Impact leaders represent the individuals within McCombs that have made a significant impact and plan to leave a commendable legacy behind. Being an IL offers you the opportunity to advocate for your fellow McCombs students while also leading the change you want to see in McCombs. To become an Impact Leader you must submit an application.
